Preperation

Cut through Packaging whilst still frozen and peel off before defrosting. Store in a sealed container. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and best to use within 3 days. Can be defrosted enough to reportion and refreeze, if required.Normal Hygiene rules apply for preparing anf handling fresh/raw ingredients. Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling.
